A.A.G. and its agronomy specialists consistently provide the best course conditions obtainable while staying within maintenance budget constraints. A.A.G. and its team of GCSAA certified golf course superintendants are qualified experts in the maintenance of all turf grass surfaces.
The superintendant, within the guidelines of our operational philosophy, manages all maintenance and grounds keeping responsibilities. With course conditions being the most important determining factor in a facilities success, immediate access to a team of experts within our own network is an invaluable safety net when potential problems arise.
Internal operational support as well as buying power is two of A.A.G.’s greatest strengths. Capital expenses such as the purchase of mowers, tractors, fertilizer, sand, and other maintenance needs are secured at the lowest possible costs. This purchasing leverage significantly impacts the ability to meet budgetary goals. Our course-to-course asset sharing program reduces expenses by dividing the costs of high dollar specialty equipment (aerification equipment, commercial spreader, etc…) that are typically used only a few times each year.

Growing and expanding the game of golf is one of A.A.G.’s main goals. Player development is important to expanding and increasing participation in the game of golf. Player development is more than just private lessons and traditional junior golf camps.
A.A.G. has teamed with TGM (Total Golf Management) to help expand and grow the player development programs within our communities and facilities.
TGM Golf Academy was started in 1999 by Mike Lawrence and Todd Ellison. The goal was to create a true learning experience for those who wanted a better understanding of what was needed in order to see improvement. In those years we have seen our client list grow to over 1500 customers.
